Refund Policy
For paint kits: No refunds on paint kits. If you did not receive the item you expected, an item was missing or defective, please let me know, and I'll be happy to exchange or replace it.

For private paint parties: Full refund if host cancels14 days or more before event. Less than 14 days, customer will receive credit or a refund in the form of paint kits.

For public events: Full refund only if host must cancel event. If customer must cancel, customer will receive credit or a refund in the form of paint kits.
Discount Policy
For coupons and certificates: Please call or text Terri at 915-740-3216 for instructions to reserve your seat and receive your discount or free entrance to an event. Coupons, discounts, and free seats do not apply to ceramics, wood designs, Paint & Sip Spa Days or other collaborative events. Valid for single transactions only. Non-refundable, nonredeemable for cash or gift certificate.
